PLEASE CONTACT INGJOY PRIOR TO RETURNING PIECE(S) TO NOTIFY US OF YOUR RETURN, PRIOR TO SHIPPING PIECES

Returned pieces must be in their original condition with all labels and hang tags attached. Any pieces returned in any other condition other than as originally sent or received back to us as damaged WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT. Customers will be charged $12.00 to their account and pieces will be returned to the customer.
